JH Robotics was established in April 1983 as a pick and place robot manufacturer with units priced for the low-end sector of the market. From this, the company has diversified into a wide variety of products and services including special machines, contract manufacturing, assembly and robotics integration.
Since 1997, JH Robotics has been an integrator of FANUC Robots. We utilize and install the robots in either a complete manufacturing cell or as a stand-alone unit to mate with your equipment. We have designed and manufactured assembly lines with as many as ten robots in various applications.
The JH Robotics engineering staff is experienced in the mechanical and controls aspect of machine design, and also in the manufacturing of all components. We have been very successful with our lean team approach for projects. Our engineering team shares tasks between projects, which allows each engineer to share up to date technology and experience that we gain from each project we undertake.
The majority of the parts used to assemble our special machines are designed by our engineers and manufactured in house by our trained and skilled manufacturing staff. All of our products are manufactured, assembled and tested at our jointly owned (JH Reality) 44,000 square-foot facility located in Johnson City, New York.
Our annual sales volume is over $5 million which means we are small enough to personalize all accounts and yet big enough to assure our customers that we are capable of continued service. We have grown over the years to over 30 employees.
Our customer base ranges throughout the United States, Canada and Europe, including such companies as Allied, Borg Warner, Eastman Kodak, Hardinge Brothers, Ingersoll Rand, Mead, Monarch Machine, Numatics, Osram Sylvania, The Timken Company, Ward Manufacturing, Whirlpool, and many others. In every case, we have successfully met the needs of our customers.
