Vision

Vision has become an essential element in many of the systems that JH Robotics builds.  Our experience includes inspection, part orientation, part load /unload, part picking, palletizing / depalletizing, flaw detection, and part placement.

We have used the FANUC iRVision system where possible because it is the most cost effective and the most efficient to integrate into the FANUC Robots controls.  FANUC offers three different options when ordering a vision ready robot, 2D, 3DL, and the new GigE vision cameras.  Where required we have used other commercially available vision systems that were designed for more specific applications.
