JH Robotics Acquires Company

JH Robotics, Inc. has completed the purchase of Acme Tech Smith, which is a manufacturer of carbide boring bars as well as contract manufacturing and sheet metal fabrication.

These processes are an excellent fit with our current manufacturing capabilities. As a previous boring bar customer we are well aware of their superior quality and craftsmanship.

We have retained Acme's employees and equipment, it continues to be business as usual.
