This is the most cost effective front loader solution for loading/unloading your machine tools. It utilizes a single pallet with a higher speed robot for the fastest chip-to-chip cycles. Easy access to machine tool through sliding door with machine tool controls always accessible. Will accommodate most machine tools. Parts can be vertical or horizontal.
Machine Features
- Can be easily accommodated to load/unload virtually any machine tool - lathes, mills, grinders, EDMs, etc.
- Handles all spindles up to a 20" operator reach, and from 30" to 45" high
- Works with left hand (L) or right hand (R) controls on machine tool
- Complete access to most machine tool control panels while in operation
- FANUC M-10iA robot for small to medium sized parts. Robot capacity is 13 lbs including end effector.
- Robot collision guard detect on EOAT
- Cell is designed to require minimal floor space but will allow access to the front of the machine tool - no sliding equipment away to service machine tool. Safety interlocked guarding door allows complete access to machine
- tool or automation cell
- Safety guarding around robot cell - meets RIA safety standards
- Parts can be vertical or horizontal in pallets, with vertical arrangements offering large part quantities per pallet
- Single gripper (EOAT) is provided with blank jaws - see "OPTIONS" for different configurations.
- One 13" x 13" pallet holds 100 parts on a 1" x 1" pattern - can configure for your parts.

Machine Options
- Pallets can be machined on both sides for different parts
- Pallet can be reversed end for end for an OP10 to OP20 reload for axis horizontal parts
- Turnkey automation for your parts (suggested for first time purchasers) - NO metal cutting unless by separate order
- Dual gripper (EOAT) for simultaneous load/unload (Can use 20 lb payload for double grip configuration when doing the load/unload and when end effector has both parts - FANUC 10kg option)
- Dual linear 2-jaw assembly for gripping parts on the diameter - parts horizontal in pallets
- Dual 3-jaw assembly for gripping parts on end - parts vertical in pallets
- Dual rotating gripper for reversing parts to machine the opposite end
- Automatic end effector changeover if applicable
- Can accommodate secondary operations based on cycle times such as washing, inspecting/gauging, deburring, component assembly, labeling or vision systems
- For longer reach for secondary type operations a FANUC M-6iB robot can be utilized
- Light tower for the cell
- A second shelf can be added above the first shelf to double the capacity. This depends on part type, etc.
