- Custom robot end of arm tooling included with two high quality Schunk brand pneumatic actuators to allow for simultaneous load/unload cycles
- Dual pallet infeed/outfeed system with each pallet consisting of a 13"x14" working area
- JHR exclusive robot auto door allows for extremely fast load/unload times
- Aluminum extrusion guarding keeps operators safe
- Pre-written robot software structure includes picking/placing from pallets and machine tool load/unload routines. Final points to be taught by end user during setup
- Allows you to retain full manual functionality of your machine
- Handles parts of up to 7 pounds

- Custom engineered gripper fingers, part pallets, and programming to automate production of a part of your choice
- Continuous run option
- Dual pallet drawer system with integrated safety sensors and FANUC DCS software monitoring allows an operator to reload one pallet while the robot picks from another. This allows for continuous robot loading while reloading the finished drawer.
- Robot mounted blow-off option
- Blow-off nozzle mounted on robot end effector assembly & required valving and plumbing to use for automated part or work-holding blow-off
- Non-GT machine option
- The top mounted design concept is adaptable to various other small CNC lathes and the additional cost for the adaptation can be quoted upon review.
