Turning Centers
Our CNC lathes handle low to high volume production.  We specialize in CRS, stainless, aluminum, and plastics, and we handle parts with diameters from 1/8" to 2" through the spindle.

Machining Centers
We run parts in low to high volume quantities, specializing in CRS, aluminum, and plastics.  We can produce parts ranging up to the 16" x 21" travel capabilities of our machines.

Quality Control
Quality assurance is the key to our successful contract manufacturing.  Parts are inspected by QC at machine setup, in process, and a random 10% (100% if the customer requests it) from each lot for pre-shipment inspection.  For loose tolerances, the operator is responsible for continuous daily inspection.  Tight tolerances are inspected by the operator as each part comes off the machine, and then by an inspector.  A First Article Inspection Report is supplied with all new parts.  SPC capabilities are available upon request for high volume orders.
