CNC Turning

JH Robotics has 14 CNC Turning Centers to handle low to high volume production.  Three of these lathes are equipped with our own line of Machine Tool Load / Un-Loaders which utilize a FANUC Robot and pallet option for lights out operation.

Also in use are five of our bar changers which were designed and built in house.

Our lathes handle up to 2" through the spindle as well as chucking up to 4" in diameter.

Like machining we do both very small to large lot sizes.

Over the years we have fine tuned the process of turning 300 and 400 series stainless, as well as aluminum, 12L14, and various plastics.
