JH Robotics can engineer and build custom equipment for just about any application.  We have ten engineers who specialize in machine design, including electrical and controls.  We are capable of system design in several CAD systems including Pro Engineer, CadKey, CCD, AutoCAD, and Solid Works.  We operate with the majority of CAD system exchange files.

Our special machines demonstrate a wide range of capabilities, as shown on our Special Machines Experience page.  Our experiences overlap throughout all fields of the company for many applications.  These special machines, when interfaced together with the robots, form the equipment which provides the complete automation system.  The stand-alone custom machines are generally PLC controlled and can work automatically or as operator-assisted or controlled machines.

We track all our system builds and communicate with our customers through all phases of the build from start to finish.

We design, manufacture, build, debug, test, and do a customer runoff all in our facility with a project engineer overlooking the process.
